    Description

    The Infernus 16″ Twin Deck Electric Pizza Oven is a compact commercial oven designed for restaurants, takeaways, cafés, pubs, catering trailers and other food businesses that need additional cooking capacity without taking up too much counter space.

    Featuring two independently controlled cooking chambers, the INF-HEP16 allows food to be cooked across both decks at the same time. Each chamber features a 400 x 400mm refractory stone baking base, providing a solid cooking surface for pizzas and other baked products.

    The oven reaches temperatures of up to 350°C, with independently controlled heating allowing each chamber to be adjusted according to your cooking requirements.

    Stainless steel construction, an insulated cabinet, heat-resistant handles and fire-resistant safety glass windows make the oven practical for everyday commercial use. Internal lighting also allows cooking progress to be checked without continually opening the oven doors.

    With two cooking chambers in a compact 560mm-wide design, the INF-HEP16 provides increased cooking capacity while retaining a relatively small countertop footprint. The oven has a total power rating of 3kW and is supplied with a UK 13A plug.

    General Information

    • All of our products are covered by a transit insurance policy with our couriers. Please carefully check your goods and if you find any damages please refuse the delivery and we will exchange your product. If the goods are accepted, the product will no longer be covered under the transit damage insurance policy. Therefore once the delivery document is signed, we will not accept any responsibility for the transport damages and we will not be able to exchange the product or provide a refund.
    • Please DO NOT book any fitters or installers of the equipment ordered until after the goods have been delivered and inspected by yourself. We will not take any responsibility for any costs incurred as a result of arranging this in advance of delivery.
    • All commercial gas appliances must be installed by a qualified Gas Safe Registered engineer by UK Law. Failure to do so will void the products warranty.
    • All goods, unless otherwise stated at the time of sale, are sold with a 12 months return to base parts only warranty, covering manufacturing defects only. The Company is under no obligation to cover any return postage, labour or engineer costs incurred during the warranty period.
    • If an item is not working on delivery, we will exchange the item or refund the price paid if this is reported within the 48 hour declaration period. It is the customer’s responsibility to report such failure in writing with supporting evidence such as initial installation report of a qualified engineer, photos or video if required within this timescale.
    • All products need to regularly cleaned and serviced, as well as checked thoroughly before each use. Not doing so could affect the warranty agreement held with Infernus.
