Freestanding Gas Fryer Spare Parts

Keep your commercial fryer operating correctly with our range of Infernus freestanding gas fryer spare parts and replacement components.

We stock parts for routine repairs and servicing, from fryer baskets, castors and drain components through to thermostats, burners, pilot assemblies and gas control components.

Our range covers compatible parts for:

Availability and compatibility can vary between models and gas types, so always check the individual product information before ordering.

Gas Fryer Thermostats & Safety Components

The temperature and gas safety systems are essential parts of a commercial fryer.

Replacement components available within the range include Robertshaw control thermostats, Robertshaw high limit stats, thermocouples, thermopiles, pilot assemblies and gas control valves.

If your fryer is experiencing temperature control, pilot or gas safety issues, the cause should be properly diagnosed before replacement parts are fitted rather than replacing components unnecessarily.

Gas Fryer Burners, Valves & Conversion Kits

Our freestanding gas fryer spares range also includes replacement burners, SIT gas valves and model-specific LPG and Natural Gas conversion kits.

Where different versions of a component are available, such as left, centre and right burners or LPG and Natural Gas pilot assemblies, select the appropriate option on the individual product page.

LPG and Natural Gas conversion kits are also available for compatible Infernus fryer models.

Fryer Baskets, Drainage Parts & Accessories

Not every fryer repair involves the gas system. We also stock replacement parts and accessories for the physical operation and maintenance of Infernus freestanding fryers.

These include fryer baskets, oil drain valves, oil drainage extension pipes, castor wheels, adjustable legs, splash guards, back flues with basket holders and replacement fryer lids.

Some components fit multiple fryer models, while others are specific to a particular model or fryer configuration.

Finding the Correct Gas Fryer Spare Part

Always check the model number on your fryer data plate before ordering a replacement component.

Even where two fryer parts appear similar, specifications and fittings can differ between models, production versions and LPG or Natural Gas appliances.

If you’re unsure which spare part you need, contact us with:

  • Your Infernus fryer model number
  • Whether the fryer is LPG or Natural Gas
  • A photograph of the data plate
  • A photograph of the existing component

We can then help identify the appropriate replacement part.

Gas Fryer Spare Parts Installation

Gas controls, burners, pilot components, thermostats, thermocouples, thermopiles, conversion kits and other safety-critical gas components must be installed, tested and commissioned by a suitably qualified commercial Gas Safe registered engineer.

Always ensure the appliance is correctly commissioned and operating safely following any work to the gas system.

Spare parts are non-returnable unless supplied incorrectly or faulty on receipt, so please confirm compatibility before ordering if you’re unsure.
