The Infernus VRX range is available in 1000mm, 1200mm, 1400mm and 1600mm widths, with different GN pan configurations to suit anything from smaller preparation areas to busy commercial kitchens handling a wider selection of ingredients.

Refrigerated Prep Tops for Sandwiches & Salads

These units aren’t limited to pizza preparation. Refrigerated prep tops are also suitable for organising sandwich fillings, salad ingredients and other chilled foods where quick access during service is important.

Their countertop design means they can be positioned alongside compatible preparation counters, worktops and other food preparation equipment without requiring a complete refrigerated preparation counter.

Choosing the Right Refrigerated Topping Unit

When choosing a refrigerated topping unit, consider the available width, the number and size of GN pans required and the volume of ingredients you typically need during service.

The Infernus range includes:

  • VRX-1000 – 1000mm wide, accommodating 2 × GN1/3 + 1 × GN1/2
  • VRX-1200 – 1200mm wide, accommodating 3 × GN1/3 + 1 × GN1/2
  • VRX-1400 – 1400mm wide, accommodating 4 × GN1/3 + 1 × GN1/2
  • VRX-1600 – 1600mm wide, accommodating 7 × GN1/3

The range uses static cooling, R290 refrigerant and operates within a temperature range of 0°C to +10°C.
