Description
The Infernus Gas Fryer Thermopile is a replacement gas safety component for compatible Infernus freestanding gas fryers.
The thermopile is heated by the pilot flame and generates the electrical output required by the fryer’s gas safety/control system. A faulty thermopile can cause issues with the gas valve remaining open or the fryer operating correctly.
Ideal for replacing a faulty or damaged original thermopile.
