Description
The Robertshaw Gas Fryer High Limit Stat is a replacement safety thermostat for compatible Infernus freestanding gas fryers.
The high limit thermostat forms part of the fryer’s safety system and is designed to shut down the heating system if an excessive temperature is detected.
Supplied with capillary and temperature probe, this component is suitable for replacing a faulty or damaged original Robertshaw high limit stat.
