The Robertshaw Gas Fryer Control Thermostat is a replacement temperature control thermostat for compatible Infernus freestanding gas fryers.
The thermostat regulates the fryer operating temperature by controlling the gas heating system in response to the temperature detected by the probe.
Ideal for replacing a faulty or damaged original control thermostat where the fryer is no longer maintaining or controlling its set temperature correctly.
