Description

Add a flat cooking surface to your Infernus gas charbroiler with an optional charbroiler griddle plate.

Designed to sit in place of the removable cast iron grates, the plate gives you a smooth cooking surface for foods that are better suited to griddle cooking while still allowing the remaining section of your charbroiler to be used with the standard open grates.

Three sizes are available to suit different Infernus charbroilers. Each plate replaces a set number of standard cast iron grates, so you can choose how much of the charbroiler you want to convert to a flat cooking surface.

Ideal for burgers, eggs, bacon, vegetables and other foods where a solid cooking surface is preferred.

Available Sizes

CB60PL – 2 Grate Griddle Plate

Replaces and covers the space of 2 standard charbroiler grates.

Suitable for adding a compact griddle section to compatible Infernus charbroilers while leaving the rest of the cooking surface available for traditional chargrilling.

CB90PL – 3 Grate Griddle Plate

Replaces and covers the space of 3 standard charbroiler grates.

Provides a larger flat cooking area for kitchens that want to use more of their charbroiler as a griddle.

CB120PL – 4 Grate Griddle Plate
