Description
The Infernus INF-2TT is a compact commercial electric bain marie featuring two large 7 litre round pots, providing a total food holding capacity of 14 litres.
Designed for keeping prepared food at serving temperature, the two separate pots allow different foods to be held side by side. It’s ideal for soups, sauces, curries, gravies and other prepared hot foods in cafés, restaurants, takeaways and catering environments.
The wet heat system uses a water bath to provide gentle, even heating around both pots. An adjustable thermostat allows the temperature to be controlled throughout service, while power and heating indicator lights make operation straightforward.
With a 1kW power output and stainless steel construction, the INF-2TT is designed for regular commercial use. At just 365mm wide, it combines a generous 2 x 7L capacity with a compact countertop footprint.

The unit should be positioned on a stable surface with at least 100mm clearance at the sides and 200mm at the rear.
