Infernus 2 Drawer Undercounter Fridge / Freezer 170L

Description

The Infernus 2 Drawer Undercounter Fridge / Freezer provides convenient refrigerated or frozen storage directly beneath your preparation area.

The unit can be operated as either a chiller, with a temperature range of -2°C to +8°C, or as a freezer from -18°C to -22°C, providing flexibility for different commercial kitchen requirements.

Two self-closing refrigerated drawers provide quick access to frequently used ingredients during service. Each drawer can accommodate 2 × GN 1/1 pans, making the unit particularly useful for organised food preparation and storage.

Ventilated cooling helps maintain an even temperature throughout the cabinet, while the Dixell digital thermostat provides straightforward temperature control. Automatic defrost and R290 refrigerant are also included.

Constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, its compact 905mm width makes this commercial drawer fridge/freezer a practical choice where accessible cold storage is needed without taking up the space of a larger counter refrigerator.
