The Infernus 101+3 is a fully automatic commercial bean-to-cup coffee machine designed for businesses requiring convenient, consistent coffee service throughout the day.

With a manufacturer recommended output of up to 100 cups per day, the 101+3 is suitable for offices, hotels, restaurants, cafés, meeting areas and other commercial and hospitality environments.

A 7″ touchscreen provides straightforward one-touch operation, with drinks including espresso, Americano and milk-based coffees. Coffee parameters can be adjusted to suit different preferences, while the independent milk frothing system provides adjustable milk foam texture and milk temperature.

The machine features a generous 1kg bean hopper and a 3.5 litre internal water tank. For greater installation flexibility, it supports three water supply methods: the internal water tank, a pressurised water supply or bottled water.

Routine maintenance is made easier by the removable and washable brewing unit, detachable milk frother, removable wastewater tray and coffee waste container.
