The temperature and gas safety systems are essential parts of a commercial fryer.

Replacement components available within the range include Robertshaw control thermostats, Robertshaw high limit stats, thermocouples, thermopiles, pilot assemblies and gas control valves.

If your fryer is experiencing temperature control, pilot or gas safety issues, the cause should be properly diagnosed before replacement parts are fitted rather than replacing components unnecessarily.

Gas Fryer Burners, Valves & Conversion Kits

Our freestanding gas fryer spares range also includes replacement burners, SIT gas valves and model-specific LPG and Natural Gas conversion kits.

Even where two fryer parts appear similar, specifications and fittings can differ between models, production versions and LPG or Natural Gas appliances.

Gas Fryer Spare Parts Installation

Gas controls, burners, pilot components, thermostats, thermocouples, thermopiles, conversion kits and other safety-critical gas components must be installed, tested and commissioned by a suitably qualified commercial Gas Safe registered engineer.

Always ensure the appliance is correctly commissioned and operating safely following any work to the gas system.
