    Description

The Infernus 120cm Single Layer Heated Gantry provides overhead heat for prepared food during service, making it a practical choice for restaurants, takeaways, cafés, canteens and other commercial catering environments.

At 1200mm wide, this model offers a useful balance between heated holding space and overall footprint, making it suitable for medium-sized counters, serving areas and kitchen passes.

Overhead heat lamps help maintain the temperature of prepared dishes while keeping food easily accessible during service. The simple single-layer design makes the gantry easy to incorporate above an existing counter or preparation area.

Constructed from stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning, the gantry has a total power rating of 900W and operates from a 220V 50Hz supply.
