Description

The Infernus INF-XC1200Z Commercial Refrigerated Cake & Deli Display Fridge combines generous display space with a modern, professional design, making it a practical choice for cafés, bakeries, delicatessens, coffee shops and restaurants.

With a 120cm width and 420-litre gross capacity, this refrigerated display cabinet offers plenty of room to showcase cakes, pastries, desserts, sandwiches and other suitable chilled foods while keeping them attractively presented for customers.

The contemporary straight-glass construction provides clear visibility from multiple angles, complemented by bright internal LED lighting at the top and beneath each shelf. This helps bring attention to your products and creates an appealing front-of-house display. The anti-fog front glass system also helps maintain product visibility.

Two adjustable tempered glass shelves offer flexibility when organising your selection, allowing different products to be displayed neatly across multiple levels.

The ventilated cooling system helps distribute chilled air throughout the cabinet, while the digital temperature controller and display make it easy to monitor and adjust the operating temperature between 2°C and 10°C.

Automatic defrost helps minimise routine maintenance, and separate switches for power and lighting provide convenient everyday control. Finished with a durable stainless steel body and fitted with castors, including two front brakes, the INF-XC1200Z is designed for practical use in busy commercial environments.

Temperature & Food Storage

The cabinet has an adjustable operating temperature range of 2°C to 10°C. For foods requiring chilled storage, the Food Standards Agency recommends refrigeration at 5°C or below.

Users should monitor actual food temperatures and ensure that the cabinet maintains conditions appropriate for the products being displayed. Suitability for high-risk chilled foods should be assessed against their specific storage requirements.

All of our products are covered by a transit insurance policy with our couriers. Please carefully check your goods and if you find any damages please refuse the delivery and we will exchange your product. If the goods are accepted, the product will no longer be covered under the transit damage insurance policy. Therefore once the delivery document is signed, we will not accept any responsibility for the transport damages and we will not be able to exchange the product or provide a refund.
Please DO NOT book any fitters or installers of the equipment ordered until after the goods have been delivered and inspected by yourself. We will not take any responsibility for any costs incurred as a result of arranging this in advance of delivery.
All commercial gas appliances must be installed by a qualified Gas Safe Registered engineer by UK Law. Failure to do so will void the products warranty.
All goods, unless otherwise stated at the time of sale, are sold with a 12 months return to base parts only warranty, covering manufacturing defects only. The Company is under no obligation to cover any return postage, labour or engineer costs incurred during the warranty period.
If an item is not working on delivery, we will exchange the item or refund the price paid if this is reported within the 48 hour declaration period. It is the customer’s responsibility to report such failure in writing with supporting evidence such as initial installation report of a qualified engineer, photos or video if required within this timescale.
All products need to regularly cleaned and serviced, as well as checked thoroughly before each use. Not doing so could affect the warranty agreement held with Infernus.
