Description
The Infernus INF-6TT is a large commercial electric bain marie designed for holding multiple dishes at serving temperature during busy service.
Featuring six individual round pots, it provides plenty of capacity for keeping different foods ready to serve from one unit. It’s particularly well suited to soups, sauces, curries, gravies and other prepared hot foods in restaurants, takeaways, buffets and catering environments.
The wet heat system uses a water bath to provide gentle, even heating around the pots. An adjustable thermostat allows the temperature to be controlled throughout service, while separate power and heating indicator lights make it easy to see when the unit is operating and actively heating.
With a 2kW power output and stainless steel construction, the INF-6TT is designed for regular commercial use. Its 800mm-wide countertop design provides six-pot capacity without requiring a freestanding installation.

The unit should be positioned on a stable surface with at least 100mm clearance at the sides and 200mm at the rear.
