    Description

    The Infernus INF-50GGC 500mm Commercial Gas Griddle is a compact, heavy-duty countertop griddle designed for restaurants, cafés, takeaways, mobile catering units and other professional catering environments.

    Featuring a premium 12mm thick chrome cooking plate and a 497 × 400mm cooking surface, this commercial gas griddle provides excellent heat distribution and heat retention while maintaining a compact 500mm footprint.

    The smooth chrome cooking surface is easy to clean and is ideal for preparing burgers, bacon, sausages, steaks, eggs, vegetables and a wide variety of other griddled foods.

    Powerful horseshoe-style gas burners provide a total output of 6kW, delivering reliable heat and good temperature recovery during busy service periods. The adjustable cooking temperature ranges from 190°C to 300°C, allowing greater control when preparing different foods.

    Constructed with a robust stainless steel body, the INF-50GGC is designed for demanding everyday commercial use. Piezo ignition provides straightforward lighting, while the integrated flame-failure safety system provides additional protection during operation.

    A wide drainage opening directs excess grease and cooking residue into the removable fat collection drawer, helping make cleaning and maintenance quicker and easier.

    The griddle is supplied LPG ready and includes a Natural Gas conversion kit, providing flexibility for different commercial catering installations.

    General Information

    • All of our products are covered by a transit insurance policy with our couriers. Please carefully check your goods and if you find any damages please refuse the delivery and we will exchange your product. If the goods are accepted, the product will no longer be covered under the transit damage insurance policy. Therefore once the delivery document is signed, we will not accept any responsibility for the transport damages and we will not be able to exchange the product or provide a refund.
    • Please DO NOT book any fitters or installers of the equipment ordered until after the goods have been delivered and inspected by yourself. We will not take any responsibility for any costs incurred as a result of arranging this in advance of delivery.
    • All commercial gas appliances must be installed by a qualified Gas Safe Registered engineer by UK Law. Failure to do so will void the products warranty.
    • Sometimes products can be supplied pre set to either LPG or NG, but if the required gas is specified at the time of purchase, we will try our best to send the correct preset one out. If this is not possible, the conversion kits can be provided free of charge, which the gas engineer can change at the time of installation.
    • All goods, unless otherwise stated at the time of sale, are sold with a 12 months return to base parts only warranty, covering manufacturing defects only. The Company is under no obligation to cover any return postage, labour or engineer costs incurred during the warranty period.
    • If an item is not working on delivery, we will exchange the item or refund the price paid if this is reported within the 48 hour declaration period. It is the customer’s responsibility to report such failure in writing with supporting evidence such as initial installation report of a qualified engineer, photos or video if required within this timescale.
    • All products need to regularly cleaned and serviced, as well as checked thoroughly before each use. Not doing so could affect the warranty agreement held with Infernus.
