Description
The Infernus INF-GBM66 Gas Bain Marie is designed for keeping prepared food hot and ready for service in busy commercial kitchens, cafés, takeaways, mobile catering units and other catering environments.
Featuring capacity for 6 x 1/4 GN pans, the large wet-well design provides a practical way to hold several different foods at serving temperature from a single compact countertop unit.
The stainless steel construction makes the bain marie suitable for regular commercial use, while the built-in drainage tap makes emptying and cleaning the water well easier at the end of service.
Piezo ignition provides straightforward lighting, with a flame failure safety device fitted as standard. The gas control allows the heat output to be adjusted to suit service requirements.
The INF-GBM66 is supplied ready for LPG operation and includes a Natural Gas conversion kit.
